Atletiekclub Flac Izegem is er voor klein en groot, van recreatieve loper tot topatleet. Atletiek is een combinatie van algemene (conditietraining) en specifieke atletiekgerichte talentontwikkeling.Vanaf de leeftijd van 7 jaar gaat u op de clubtrainingen spelenderwijs atletiekvaardigheden aanleren.
Tussen 12 en 14 jaar wordt atletiek in de ruimste zin aangepakt, omdat dit de ideale periode is om specifiek talent te ontdekken i.f.v. verdere ontwikkeling.
Tussen de 15 en 18 jaar gaat u een specifieke atletiekdiscipline benaderen.
